Step 1

If you would like to work with snap to center, the firs thing you must do is to use the mouse to open the Draw menu and then click the Line command.

Next, you must go to Object Snap toolbar and then click the Snap to center.

Step 3

Finally, use the mouse to select the center point and then use the mouse to drag and draw the line.
