To work with Trim

Step 1

If you would like to work with Trim, first you need to use the mouse to open the Modify menu and then click the Trim command.

Step 2

Next, select the object and then press the Enter key.

Step 3

Now, you need to select the object to trim or shift-select to extend. You need to remember that the curve must intersect cutting edges at least twice.
